Deposits made to your bg532 account that remain unused (i.e., not wagered) may be withdrawn subject to bg532's standard withdrawal processing terms. However, any active bonus funds attached to a deposit must be forfeited before an unwagered deposit can be returned. Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds do not need to be completed before an unwagered deposit can be withdrawn, but the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon early withdrawal.

All currency amounts on bg532 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. bg532 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using bg532:

• Identity fraud: registering under a false identity; impersonating another person; providing forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg532 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss — even where bg532 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

bg532's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bg532 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bg532's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players retain any statutory rights that may apply to them under the laws of their jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

bg532 is not responsible for any taxation obligations that arise as a result of winnings or other benefits received through your use of the Platform.
